General rental conditions
Once you have decided on the period of your stay, you can send us a request by filling in the request form; we will reply to you as soon as possible.
To book you must pay a deposit of at least 1/3 of the rent by cash, bank transfer, or bank cheque or bank draft.
The balance will be paid on the day of check-in by cash, debit card or bank transfer in advance at least 5 days before arrival.
Arrival must take place on the appointed day, between 16:00 and 19:30. In case of delay please inform the Agency. Upon arrival must be shown (if not already done before), for registration, the identity documents of all persons who will occupy the holiday home.
4) EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENTS
Our holiday homes are equipped with every comfort: fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, kitchenware (pots, plates, glasses and dishes), TV, hot / cold running water, electricity, gas. In some apartments there are washing machine and air conditioning.
In the apartment there is not: bedlinen, towels and kitchen linen.
WIFI FREE: our customers can navigate for free at the check-in/reception area.
The holiday home must be vacated from people and things between 8.00 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. on the appointed day. The cooking area must always be left tidy and clean.
In case of impossibility to the vacation:
a) for cancellations made during the 4 weeks before arrival, the guest will lose the deposit paid;
b) for cancellations made before 8 weeks before arrival, the Guest will be refunded up to 40% of the deposit paid;
c) with the intent to ensure the Guest the full and total peace of mind to live peacefully their holiday experience, we offer the "Booking Protection" of Allianz, world leader in insurance, protecting the deposit or the full amount in case of cancellation, waiver and more.
7) RULES OF STAY
The use of the holiday home is allowed up to the maximum number of people indicated on each property card (in this regard children are considered as adults). Any failure to do so will result in termination of the contract.
The maximum number of cots in the room is 2, if space permits.
8) SECURITY DEPOSIT
At the time of collection of the keys, will be required a deposit of € 100.00. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, after the control of the holiday home.
The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment.
The apartment has been carefully checked before hosting you; if something has escaped us (regarding furniture, functionality of the facilities, cleaning, etc..), you will inform us no later than 12.00 noon the day after arrival, in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings at the time of checks at the end of the rental.
Any damage, breakage or lack can be charged and if the deposit proves to be insufficient must be supplemented.
- Final cleaning (from € 35 to € 60) and energy consumption (from € 35 to 56 per week)
(the costs, depending on the type, are already calculated in the budget)
- Tourist tax: € 0,35 per person, per day
(for a maximum calculation of 14 days; no further payment).
Excluded are: - Children up to 12 years of age. - 100% disabled and accompanying person
- Pet allowed: € 20 per week;
- Baby cot: € 25 per week;
- Extra bed: € 15 per week;
- Bed linen: € 9 per person/supply;
- Bed linen and towels: € 13 per person/supply;
- Bathroom linen: € 4 per person/supply
- Secure booking. The data you provide us with when booking will be protected by a secure connection.
- Protected privacy. Your data is only used to guarantee your booking.
- No booking fees. You will only pay for your stay. No additional costs will be charged.
